Engineering Deans Fellow

I was awarded a fellowship through the Engineering Dean’s office in the College of Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington academic years 2007 and 2008.

 

Awarded Outstanding Graduate Student, University of Texas at Arlington Graduate Program

For the academic year 2007-2008 I’m proud to announce that I received the Universities Outstanding Graduate Student award in recognition of my contributions to research in microfluidic production of bio-fuels and leadership in the Institute of Industrial Engineering, Alpha Pi Mu, Industrial Engineering Honor Society, Tau Beta Pi and the National Engineering Honor Society.

Judging FIRST Robotics team

FIRST Robotics is a great service to the engineering community by encouraging young people to get involved in an interesting and creative way.

 

Thank you to Professor Brian Huff for giving me the opportunity to engage the students involved in first by being a judge of the competition.  We saw a lot of creativity out there.

President of Institute of Industrial Engineering UTA Chapter

I was honored to serve this role for academic years 2006 and 2007.  We expanded membership and reignited the tradition of holding seminars and attending the annual conference.
